Some of the management was going through a difficult time at the time of the review, and changes were made to help them. This may have impacted your experience working at PreviewLabs. The time management complexity on the sales and project management side is an intrinsic part of the company. We work on a high volume of prototypes, and require everyone's best work, while enabling them to learn and grow. While we aim to carefully select who we hire, for some people this is not a good fit. We learned that recognizing this on time and ending the collaboration amicably in case it doesn't work out is crucial. While we may have acted a bit late, we were under the impression that we were able to part ways amicably, but based on the review we understand that this was not the case.
