EXPERIENCE IN PREPCA - Business Development Manager bei Prepca Eduserv: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I did not find any pro's while working here.

Irrelevant work, Micro management, No growth, Not using enough tools to add value to their business, Work life balance is zero, They expect interns to work overtime while not paying them enough, No proper data analytics team data analysts here keep doing random work like audits ,etc.

Beginning with the training sessions at PREPCA it is going good as everything is going successful. Every morning here starts with meditation and hanuman chalisa which gives a positive vibe for the whole day and it helps to stay motivated towards work.

Starting from the day I joined, I have seen many good things going on in the office but till today as it's 7th day working for PREPCA I haven't seen anything going in a negative way. So I dont't think there are any negative points working with PREPCA
