Pros
Only good thing about working there was my coworkers, not the managment. It was like a close supportive network however, outside our lab team everyone else in the company was horrible and extremely bad at their jobs.
Kontras
The management lies, makes false promises and would always be the "Yes" man for the clients which put the lab team in the worst positions. No safety concerns as they would se d us to remote locations and expect us to walk to work in the dark and secluded locations. Few of my colleagues where put in dodgy hostles that when they arrived would not exist or they were not allowed to check in ans have ended up sleeping in their cars or in another hotel lobby. Some mangers have no understanding of being respectful and professional. The HR is even worse with their lies and they would keep trying to push new contract clauses on us so our contracts would be amended to suit them more. They would make us go outside London for work yet ask started to slowly try to not pay our expenses. The CEO just thinks about money which is fair enough but show respect to the lab team who got you the NASDAQ through hard work. And promising us a bonus to then making most of us redundant 3 to 4 days before we would have been given our bonuses that we had been waiting for since September. 2k would not have broken your back to give us what we were entitled to. What is even more shameful is that after most were redundant few weeks after HR send us emails asking us to come back to help them. Like wtf. Also working conditions were bad because: No breaks sometimes Never finishing on time and having g to stay behind 5+hrs Locations have no water to drink Labs are extremely not UKAS approved as they were pop up ones that were in bad condition The labs were -4C in the winter and 39C in the summer. Basically 99% was bad experience.
