A lot of blame and deflection, zero accountability, complete disregard for laws and regulations, insulting work environment that promotes harassment and discrimination. This "boy's club" run by a handful of incompetents with no actual experience in the industry. No jobs here are secure, because they just use and abuse people while looking for cheaper labor elsewhere.
