Good earning "potential", large manufacturing space.

Kontras

PM's are overworked doing other full time jobs they aren't paid for like manufacturing engineering and product development, resulting in HIGH turnover. No real focus on what the company does as we change direction every 6 months. Owners and management disconnected resulting in the firing of entire teams hired in just over one year. You'll lose market credibility with both customers and channel partners peddling whatever it is they want you to sell this month.
