I was always busy. There was never any shortage of work. The people who work there are friendly.

Management doesn't understand what happens in the shop. The whole company was put on mandatory overtime for 8 months instead of hiring more people to help with a work backlog. At the end the 8 months, there were layoffs. Many employees have gone years without raises. There aren't many opportunities for career growth.
