Pros

-Pay is hourly but you still get paid and there are options bonuses that feel like hush money for the companies unethical practices.

Kontras

-Sales team calls small companies around the country and targets older owners from leads that have all info on their previous provider. The sales team straight up lies to the customer saying they are with their provider and they need to sign a contract. Customer gets forced into a contract and if they don't setup our devices they lose their number.

Pros

Base pay was good when I worked there over 10 years ago and they gave a yearly bonus. The company was tiny and there was a close-knit small company feel with the other employees.

Kontras

At the time, there were no health benefits. Some of the employees were viscous and vile. They were favored by management and got special treatment. Really brought down morale. The deceptive business practices were accepted by all and easier to ignore if you felt that you were being paid decently and able to get along with the other employees. Still left there feeling dirty for going along with it.

Pros

Better than average pay even if you feel bad everyday because of how this company rips off it's customers. Employees are easy to get along with.

Kontras

I don't know how this company stays in business. So many customers complain and they continue their unethical practices. Guess that's why they changed their name now. I was once in the elevator after work with a group of fellow employees. A stranger asked where we all worked and we were all ashamed to say where we worked.
