I have NEVER worked with leadership or a company that is as inclusive, collaborates with and treats their people the way PPS does! The management truly values input and what each and every person brings to the table and contributes to the overall success of the company and each and every individual in the company. We are all part of the family! If you’re looking for a company that values and respects progressive ideas, individuals, team, growth and finding a solution to make it happen for the customer and the company family. Honestly, I can’t really think of a reason not be part of the PPS family. While nothing is perfect, they strive for perfection at every opportunity.

SOOOOO much drama from the owners/management. No one likes the Operations Manager, she will turn on you fast. Everyone's brother/child/sibling works there, lots of favoritism. Company is losing clients and it affects the employees. Layoffs, pay cuts...
