Pros
This is an amazing company to work for and I learned more here in my first year than in 4 years at previous employers. The thing that struck me the most when I was first hired was how much the company partners and executive team really care for their employees. They truly have an open door policy, take employee feedback to heart, and actually make efforts to improve where they can. The majority of people working here are incredibly skilled and really go above and beyond to do great work. It's an extremely collaborative environment where everyone's ideas are welcomed and taken into consideration. I can honestly say this is one of the most employee-centric organizations I've ever worked at, where hard work is recognized and appreciated - and people inspire each other to do their best.

Sometimes people are able to slide under the radar and coast for a while before issues are escalated and addressed, but this has been diminishing significantly over the last year.
