- Collaborative, non-hierarchical environment (got to work on all stages of a research project and make meaningful contributions) - Great people, very nice and passionate about the work the org is doing - Opportunities for growth both within and outside of the org. I'm leaving PxD only because I'm going to grad school (Public Policy PhD). During my time at PxD, I had a lot of support to prepare me for grad school.

Both are currently being worked on by the org, but: - Unclear guidelines on publication authorship - Unclear guidelines for promotion/ salary advancement within the organization
