Limited Growth Opportunities: Opportunities for career advancement and professional development may be scarce or biased, leading to stagnation and dissatisfaction among employees. 4. Toxic Work Environment: The prevalence of office politics and lack of accountability can contribute to a toxic work environment, where trust and collaboration are compromised. 5. Even after being a good performer and getting promotion you can be fired Anytime and don't know the reason may be because of our QA Director.I never got any answer for that.
