Good hours, benefits, performance, work environment. Company regularly upgrades manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Slightly understaffed, same as most manufacturers.

I am new employee at Pre-Tech and I have to say with in the last few months the company has been going through some changes for the good they have gotten the right people in the right places to improve not only the product but the well being of the employees. I cant wait to see what more positive changes are coming down the road and being apart of there growing journey
