Pros
Decent culture with fairly young staff Menu is good and well built for both taste and execution They were pretty good (at least in the kitchen) for getting time off and respecting staff which is pretty rare in the industry

Over the years the culture has changed a lot, when I started it was a lot younger and with much more energy and comradery. When I left much of that was gone Tip-out for kitchen was always pretty mediocre relative to other places
