This rapidly demotivates people leading to high staff turnover. If the companies core industry was not experiencing extensive growth at the moment they would not be doing well. Competitors are quickly catching up and will surpass them soon due to lack of innovation. Salary is no where near competitive, no training opportunities and no focus on culture. No rewards for good work
