Kontras
As with any autonomous job, you risk falling behind quickly if you are not able to fully manage your day to day. Because of this, you have to be open to asking for help and being hyper-cognizant of how not asking for help may be portrayed. Because it's a fast paced company and all positions have a lot of responsibilities built into them, just be aware of how to structure your day and you won't necessarily view this as a con.
