Only pro is that because there is so much work to do you can easily take on higher responsibilities and add to your resume
Kontras
Bad structure, low cohesiveness between departments, pay keeps getting worse and work keeps getting harder. Little to no training or time allowed to find your way. Little documentation so when you replace someone you have no help, you have to somehow figure out what they did and then do it yourself. Too much emphasis on saving money as opposed to providing quality services. Employees are worked into the ground to compensate for bad processes and bad software and bad business management.
