Pros
At this company you feel part of a team. We have lots of perks, including a casual dress code, an espresso bar, quarterly bonuses and flexible work schedules. I have learned a lot and have grown professionally at the company. Our team really works well together and leadership has given us a lot of tools. Dr. Stern seems to always be looking for ways to make this company a better place to work. Soon after I started here, he had weekly meetings with us to understand the Five Dysfunctions of a Team. The company is doing well, and we get bonuses each quarter. The Heart of a Leader training is amazing. Leadership is becoming more open about how the company is doing.

The company has gone through a lot of change in the past three years, and it is a much better place now. But many people did not like the changes. They wanted to work by themselves and not in a team, and they were afraid of the Heart of a Leader Training. I admit the changes were hard. At first, I believed that they were right and that the changes were ruining the company. Over time HR and others got quite involved in gossip and negativity. After leaving the company, one of them even tried to get ex employees together to complain about the company on a private facebook group. Anyways, most of them are gone now, and the atmosphere is much better.
