Pros
The pros are that the job is mostly remote and most of your coworkers are really kind. Key word most.
Kontras
The culture at practice promotions is nothing more than smoke in mirrors to convince underpaid and overworked employees that they're a part of some kind of "family". This is no family nor is it a functional professional setting for a marketer looking to grow their career. The "Digital Account Manager" position is simply customer service, meaning you are putting out fires every single month with underperforming clients who don't understand the services they are paying thousands a month for because the leadership does not even understand the service themselves. Things are constantly changing, you are thrown into managing 50 clients who are not getting the results they were promised and when you express concern they make you feel like you are the problem. Get real and stop changing your goal posts, your employees can't keep up with a nonsense business plan or sell services that are not fully flushed out. There is a heavy layer of favoritism as well where employees are promoted into leadership positions based on tenure and not skill level, which causes more problems than it solves. The people doing the work, face to face with customers every day, are considered replaceable, low value, and not listened to. Read the other reviews, you will see what I mean.
