This "Heathcare IT company" uses a cheap and untrustworthy tracking app, which takes screenshots of your screen every 20 sec, for remote employees.
They do not list this in the JD and tell you about it during the fourth and final round of the interview. Yes, they have 4 rounds, which are basically useless, any school student would be more than qualified for a senior writer/editor job here. They ask for salary expectations without being upfront about the job requirements and expect you to stick with it afterwards.
