HCL-PowerObjects has a strong and clear vision for growth, but we acknowledge that the ongoing integration with our parent company has created instances of frustration for some employees. These are natural growing pains that we continue to address as they surface. Our team is growing quickly. We are fortunate to be adding employees globally, even as the pandemic continues. As we grow, more leadership positions naturally become available, and it is more often than not in the best interest of the organization to promote to these positions from within. It comes down to finding the right person for the right seat at the right time. It’s generally a matter of availability. We are proud of the inspired innovation within our teams. We continue to win awards in the US, UK, and globally. Most recently our innovative Covid-19-related back-to-work apps have received recognition within the Microsoft ecosystem. And finally, our quarterly performance reviews are designed to empower our employees to engage in open discussions with their reporting managers and skip-level managers related to career paths and financial advancements within the organization.
