Management at PowerFlex is extremely poor. They make intentional decisions to protect bad actors and force good, hardworking people to leave. There are bad decisions being made on a daily basis with no communication between senior management and the rest of the company. The CEO is unaware of what is going on in the organization and trusts people with no experience/knowledge to make decisions.
