When I walked through the door of PSC for my interview I had a sudden feeling this is where I wanted to work before the interview started. After 5 years it was the best decision I have ever made. This company is growing and I believe over the next two years there will be substantial growth. The company provides you with the opportunity to learn new skills, has good benefits, bonus program, employee stock ownership plan, and more. If you have a suggestions on how to make improvements management will listen. I wish I had found this company 10 years ago.

• Approval of employees to seek own directive and find effective answers • Managers share ideas and opinion based feedback • Independent work environment • Staff is kind and personable to interact with • Work hours are consistent and stable • Benefits are wonderfully generous • Cubicles are enormous

• The drinks in the break room are a little costly • Slow periods seem to occur once in a while • The vast knowledge and technology used to create products is somewhat overwhelming, but extremely interesting.
