Repetitive work. Rubbish pay and very clicks.

Working hours. Team in office turn up when they want with no recourse. if you like this sort of thing even though other team members turn up early early every day. Fish and Chip end of month....Totally taken advantage of by some! double or sometimes triple orders per person This is also going on cons as I am being sarcastic!

Bullying nature of Management to production. Terrible HR and Management Team intervention unless it affects their quite life or (Very interdepartmental personal) relationships! No Support on a day to day or even week to week basis. No lunch breaks unless you are happy to sit in your car. Otherwise if at your desk the work keeps coming with no respect for the fact that you are trying to eat.
