I had a very good experience working at Power Linker Company as an Electrical Engineer. It was a great place to gain technical knowledge and face new technical challenges, which significantly helped me grow professionally as a experience . The company provides a strong learning platform where employees are encouraged to develop their skills and improve their practical understanding of electrical engineering concepts. I truly enjoyed the positive and professional work culture, especially the supportive, respectful, and safe environment for women. The team members and management were cooperative, approachable, and always willing to guide and support whenever needed, which created a comfortable and motivating workplace. The work schedule was convenient, well-structured, and employee-friendly, making it easier to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a good work-life balance. This organized approach helped me stay focused, productive, and consistent in my work. I am especially grateful to Mr. H.C. Mehta for his valuable guidance and mentorship. His efforts to support employees mentally and spiritually, and to teach us how to manage our mindset on a daily basis, were truly inspiring. His guidance personally helped me overcome my anger, improve my emotional balance, and develop a more positive attitude towards both work and life. Overall, Power Linker not only focuses on technical growth and career development but also on shaping individuals into better human beings with strong values, discipline, and a positive mindset. It is an excellent organization for freshers to learn, gain knowledge, build confidence, and grow in a healthy and encouraging environment.
