1yThank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had a positive experience with your store manager — strong leadership at shop level is really important to us.
Our little business has grown a lot in the last two years and we hold our hands up to the fact that there were times over that period when things were a little less than calm for some of our larger teams.
However since last year, we’ve made a number of big changes to better support our teams, including launching a new company wide app which is helping to deliver better training and communication so that our teams feel more supported and can easily contact someone when they have a problem.
Ensuring that responsibilities are shared fairly between team members and that everyone feels confident and valued in their roles has always been very important to us, so we are sorry if you felt you were unreasonably burdened.
You'll also be gld to know we've developed more specific training for our Supervisors and as the company continues to grow there are now more opportunities for them to move up to AM and manager roles.
We truly appreciate our shop teams and the work they do and we are committed to creating a workplace that feels supportive, inclusive, and rewarding.
