Zero leadership & management accountability and skills with management. Incompetent and toxic superiors & higher managers. Job description not matching actual work and lack of supporting resources in other fields (this means you will do everything). And if you raise these issues, you will be made into a negative person, and surely will be kicked out in the next, usually yearly layoffs. If you are a lapdog and ready to just suck it all up, you will do fine. You do not need to wonder why educated, intelligent people are here only few years and leave as soon as they find something better.
