Postal sales team and marketing team were full of amazing, like-minded individuals who worked hard and worked well together.
The work-life balance, to a degree, was great.
Kontras
- The CEO has a lot of problems with how the sales team runs things and blamed the majority of the problems on the lower division of the sales team, however he spent money left and right and then had to lay off multiple rounds of employees over 2 years
- There is quite a lot of favoritism in the company
- the company does not align with its core values
- they don't listen to the people working with customers everyday, just what the senior management thinks is the right thing to do
