They were quite meticulous about their Agile processes. I learned more about what the process actually meant there than anywhere else. We had actual demos of completed work at the end of every sprint, followed by a retrospective. Improvements to the process were built into the process. And to contribute to something so profoundly meaningful was truly an honor.

Asked me to stay on to train the people who we were outsourcing my job to. I think they didn't feel they had much of a choice. I got a three month runway to find another job, so it was OK. I miss working there all the same.

Paid me very well and the people were very kind to work with.

The company was "top heavy". Everyone was a Director or VP. Absolutely no sales direction or support.
