People care about your wellbeing, they are always seeking ways to improve, they care about protecting your job. They have a lot of communities within the company to create bonds with others. They are forward thinking with diversity. They always challenge themselves to do better

Kontras

They are dis-organized. Be prepared, there is little structure and things are changing all the time. If you are organized and require structure, then get ready to leave your comfort zone. They could be so much better with more structure and they are getting there but it won't happen over night

Live selling and community shares make it a great place to sell items while also building a brand for yourself and your own community of supporters.

Kontras

Recent leadership changes have replaced the "community" aspect with AI algorithm and lost the charm that many long-term users have previously stayed for. The lack of communication with every new change or app update between the company and the users is pushing people away to other apps.
