Buying online products - Sales Associate bei Posh: Mitarbeiterbewertung

We ordered an outfit. It was oversized, I tried chatting to check if we can return, the lady who was chatting back was not customer friendly and was sarcasm because requested to return. She said would help me resell it. She had sent a thank you note ( hand written) stating that thank you for supporting our small business but when you ask to exchange she was sarcastic and rude. I have learnt my lesson that never buy stuff from online especially from such small time business people who has no understanding what customers means to them. I wouldn't recommend anyone for it.
