Hired and fired tech team employees in 6 months time, lack of focus being the main reason. Employees are not rewarded with good appraisal. Appraisals are among the lowest in the industry and that too given after 3 months delay. The only way to good salary is get maximum package before you join. Once you join, then that is it.
