Leadership is totally disconnected with what is reasonable for sales goals. With inflated targets, a high price point, and long sale cycles, it's near impossible to hit quota consistently. If you're in sales and looking to join, make sure you go on the digital signage side and not the email tool side, trust me. Otherwise you'll prematurely lose your hair, but hey... it's sales.
