As one of our core values, we take pride in our team-oriented culture and our dedication to the success of each and every employee. To hear that you did not feel this way during your time with our company is unfortunate.
We focus on candid conversations with employees to ensure we are on the same page during employee’s quarterly conversations - all employees are given the opportunity to receive candid feedback on their performance. If an employee is not “living up to the bar,” we put them on a 90 day improvement plan to get the employee back on track. It is very unusual that an employee be released from the team without notice.
As we continue to grow our team, it is our goal that every team member knows how appreciated they are. Thank you for your feedback.
