You may not be aware that we do have a full menu of benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401K with a healthy contribution for each from the company. Also, expanded disability insurance and options for employee voluntary benefits including accident and cancer insurance. We offer vacation which is accrued based on how long you’ve been with the company and sick time (following the mandated NYS policy on how it is accrued), of 7 days per year, as well as holidays. And our Employee Incentive Plan pays out a significant profit-sharing payment to all employees twice each year. While we do work on Memorial Day and Labor Day, it is because of our commitment to meet our customers’ needs.
