Almost all top and middle management are brought from India. But they also constantly hire of the same culture in lower positions, in order to help them access a visa. A” family” of unaccountable people rules. No work life balance. You will never get anywhere unless you are Indian. They may need you in order to present a false image to their customers. But you are just a prop. Zero listening, constant pontificating, arrogance, superiority complex, misogyny etc.. Very bad reputation in the area. Avoid.
