Pros
Would have been a lot of pros if they actually gave me some training or at least 1 month to prove my abilities.
Kontras
They let me go after 5 hours on the job because I couldn't pass their tests...doesn't make sense why they wouldn't administer tests PRIOR to hiring. They didn't say in the job description anything about knowing how to use their exact machines. I have 20 years of experience btw. To let someone go after they went thru the entire hiring process and dealing with the staffing agency is ridiculous. You're supposed to give people training not throw them in during the first hour of the job. Expectations a LITTLE HIGH for $13.
