7yThank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are glad to hear that our efforts to improve our new hire onboarding process have been effective. We have promoted a large number of internal candidates to positions of leadership and we are focused on helping them become the best leaders they can be. Our Profit Share program is unique and is not subjective. It is based on the performance of each local business for any given year. The calculation is clear and does not change from year to year. Of course our managers are able to recognize those team members who are performing at a very high level which is something that some organizations are not able to do. Thank you for your feedback!
