Pros
I would put "none" but this section has a 5 word minimum...
Kontras
Very toxic, micromanaging environment. Next to no communication from management, I could go weeks without a single message or email from anyone. Expected to log every minute of your time. Training for new starters is high pressure, you are expected to reach a very high standard in a short amount of time and will be criticized quickly for accuracy and efficiency only a few days in. Told by upper management that they would rather replace experienced staff for new hires instead of giving any form of a pay rise. Expected to pass exams in order to progress - no recognition outside of the exams. Was told not to talk in the office, no earphones/phone use, just sit in silence. Zero work culture, actively discouraged from talking to my colleagues. Salary is far below industry standard, especially compared to similar local employers. "Flex time" is forced upon you but is completely missold - your boss will demand you work extra, sometimes hours more, often with same-day notice. Conversely they will force you to "flex down" if the workload is low, requiring you to work the time back, but if the opportunity to "flex up" never arises then you will be paid less to make up the difference. You can not refuse this and you can not request flex time. They can very quickly make your "flex balance" sink to -50 to -75 hours and you are criticized for being this low and not "working it back", regardless of if you wanted it to decrease or not. The "flexible working" is solely for their benefit. This place has so much to learn about how to treat their employees - I was not once made to feel welcome, included, or respected.
