AGM’s often had to work as acting GM’s because the turnover rate for a GM was high. It was a lot of work for little pay. Employees often didn’t show up for shifts and the restaurant had to be ran by a manager, a team lead and one employee. The store had a drive thru window which made it hard with only 3 people at work. Corporate would complain if you locked the lobby and only took customers in drive thru.
