Pros
Recent developments made me realise that nothing can be more worse than working here. You might get handsome salary and will definitely benefit from working in a kind of start-up environment (learning wise) but that is it, nothing more than that.
Kontras
Company lacks the vision going forward. Moreover, you do not have any job security whatsoever and trust me when I say that. I was under the impression initially for few months that company care about its employees, but i realized with time that this ain't the case. It can layoff its employees without even giving them a single warning. Its been almost a year since I joined and already seen company firing off its employees twice in such a short span and that too without any solid reasons to back it up.
