      1. if u complete the daily sale no one can say anything to you 2. good incentive depend on your work

      1. poor management 2. very unsupporitve management team 3. long working hours 4. new ceo is very bad he removes 2 weekoff and also launched new rule to reduce incentive ... 5. they will increase yyour salary to 1500 rupees in 2 years even though it doesnt mater how good u r in workingg
