Pros

Very international and bright team Good variety of projects accross different industries. Some projects can be very challenging and enables development of near-cutting-edge solutions

Kontras

Work life balance is acceptable for a consultancy but not great. Standard 40h week that could go up to 50 towards the end of a project Salary offered is give-or-take on par for the industry, but severely below average compared to other roles requiring same degree of technicality. Benefits is barely above legal minimum

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. While the work flow can increase towards the end of the project, or delivery phase, we encourage our employees to discuss any overtime invested in a project with their managers, and to request time-for-time for every hours worked above their contractual rate. So if any employee or their colleagues are starting to get overwhelmed, we encourage people to signal this phenomenon. We train our management to keep an eye on the health of their employees, so we can prevent burnouts. Finalizing a project can be a challenging and rewarding step, but it can also be stressful, therefore we want our employees to be engaged in a healthy, open and transparent workflow, but we also expect team-play and fairness.

NY and Toronto leadership doesn't appear to understand media planning or team management. One thinks they're a people person, the other thinks they're a philosopher - between the two of them you will get zero actionable insights, no sense that they're actually thinking about strategy, management, workfolw or even the media landscape, but rather nonesene, double standards, moving targets, and otherwise rude, dismissive behavior. Regarding business outlook...just look at Nielsen's stock price over the last few years...
