      Pros

      Operates in a fast growing market, makes you feel part of something big and beautiful happening. For this reason it is very interesting to be involved in the configuration and development of PL softwares. Clients from all over the world make the work more stimulating. Colleagues are friendly and the environment in general is very human and relaxed. Management is very down to earth and available, really great to work with.

      Shifting from one function to another can be relatively slow in some cases e.g. if you have a preference in a different position. That's because everyone is busy with projects on the short term. You need to have time and patience, but eventually all requests will be addressed.

      Hi, Thank you for your suggestions and advice. We are also trying to mix & match the needs and the talents of our employees within various teams and projects. Sometimes the process might take a while, but we are open for any feedback coming our way.

      NY and Toronto leadership doesn't appear to understand media planning or team management. One thinks they're a people person, the other thinks they're a philosopher - between the two of them you will get zero actionable insights, no sense that they're actually thinking about strategy, management, workfolw or even the media landscape, but rather nonesene, double standards, moving targets, and otherwise rude, dismissive behavior. Regarding business outlook...just look at Nielsen's stock price over the last few years...
