Pros

Work-life balance can be achieved and colleagues are fun. This is one of the most fun workplace I've had.

Everything is so messy here. Every kind of initiative that could improve how we work, in terms of revenue-generation, operations, and simple procedures are always stumped by the CEO. He is so afraid of trying new things. He is solely focused on profits and profits, but he has a blind spot over new initiatives and processes that could make him richer faster. He ignores any kind of initiatives that would take significant time but improve process and speed in the long run, in favor of short-term fixes. Every kind of "fixes" that he's doing so far in the company did not improve how we work, it only complicates things. We hire lots of great experienced and talented individuals from amazing companies, but management never listen to their prior experiences, including industry standard procedures. The lack of a solid communication channel (Google Chat is HORRIBLE) defaults us to WhatsApp. Everything gets lost and no one is focused. Scrambled work everywhere. Never forgetting that they are fostering a bully that has been the pain in everyone's bottom. It is said that people left the company because of this bully and it is a shame that he hasn't been fired.

- Mental Harrashment - Nothing systematic or arranged, everything last minute. - Worst learders, people at the senior level are very bully, rude and stubborn. Every decision is taken by 1 person and he hears only his experienced people's feedback you won't get a chance to speak, he can yell and shout at you in front of the whole office and later everyone will say its his working style : rubbish. He has a team of 2 to 3 people rest all of them are useless. The CEO is completely dependent on him so he doesn't even bother how he is treating everyone is anyone facing any kind of harassment. - If you are good at politics join this company. - HR is responsive and always ready to help but an HR should even play a role from employees side not just managers side.
