Pros

- Relatively decent salary - If you do like over-time, there is an abundance - Always work in pairs, so you're never really bored. - No KPI, which means you basically find your own work and there is no pressure to find breaches. - Flexible work times - Some decent opportunities to move around to different teams.

Kontras

- Over-time feels forced and rostered automatically to you at random. If you deny or reject these over-time due to family or other commitments, it feels as though its frowned upon and looked down on. - Really poor communication between Seniors / Managers and staff. E.g. last minute over-time cancellation, but no email or message to provide heads up. - Some leaderships including Seniors and Managers have been there for a while, and thus get away with a lot of breaches, but get away with it due to their rank and longevity in role. - Seniors and Managers are not open to change or potential process implementation to create less manual work. - In my experience, it is hard to have a laugh or joke with colleagues, as colleagues will dob on you for things discussed in private between the two. - On surface level, everyone seems friendly and produce a team work environment. However, diving and looking a little deeper, everyone just has their best interest at heart and are willing to throw colleagues under the bus for their own benefit. - Adding onto the over-time, there are really busy periods such as Vivid and Christmas where again, automatic rostering of over-time for everyone. Rejection or communicating to Managers that these cannot be completed will be frowned upon and not taken lightly.

Pros

The culture is supportive, entrepreneurial and results oriented. New owners and leadership has made several changes from past ownership. Great client roster. Room to grow and make a direct impact.

Kontras

Not many cons. Company shifted to remote last year during early days of COVID. Shift went well. Remote may not be for everyone but we plan to be back in an office when conditions are safer.

Pros

PTP gives a $6 credit towards your lunch 2x a week which is nice!

Kontras

-Management consists of workhorses who don't spend nearly enough time with their young children. -ZERO work-life balance! -Management's expectations of everyone is that you will be CONSTANTLY working - and if you are unavailable to work over the weekend or after work during the week it is very clearly looked down upon by Management. -The 'fun' that takes place in the office feels forced. -Everyone is afraid of being honest to management and the CEO. -The onboarding program for any new hires does not exist so you will be thrown into the wild pretty quickly and there are extremely high expectations. -Everyone in the office constantly seems nervous because they are afraid of messing up and having someone in management call them out. -Management is extremely rude and not afraid to talk down to you. It will happen often no matter what your role.
