No much perks in the company

There seems to be no pros. The biggest mistake of my whole life is choosing PPTS.

I have worked in ppts for 8 months these are some major flaws in this worst company, 1.The environment is worst with dim lights which may cause pain in eyes easily. 2.There won't be any proper hike and the company is so poor to take care of the employee needs. 3.The restrictions are too much. You are provided with a locker like a primary school child to keep your phones and other digital gadgets outside the office. 4.Work pressure is high that I even worked for 17 hours a day for minimum salary. 5.Salary is not also satisfying even for experienced people and for freshers don’t even imagine getting salary package from the management. Please don’t join PPTS or try to set your career over here. You will be ruined.
