I've been at Pod for a bit now, and it's genuinely one of the most energising and fulfilling places I've worked. The people here are smart, collaborative, passionate, and fun to work with. There’s a real sense of teamwork and shared purpose across the business. A particular highlight for me is the leadership team. The direction of travel they’ve set for the company is not only clear but genuinely exciting. There’s a strong vision and a sense of momentum that resonates with me. The leadership team are visible, engaged, and bring a refreshing mix of ambition and humility. It's inspiring to work with people who are not just driving the business forward, but also investing in the culture and in people’s growth along the way. I’ve learned so much from those around me – there’s a high calibre of talent across all levels, and a culture of openness and continual improvement that makes it a brilliant place to develop. There have been changes in leadership over the years, but the current team has brought a renewed energy and clarity to the business that I personally really believe in.
