The people at the team level are talented and easy to work with.

The strategy of the company is unclear and forever changing, its obvious the business does not know what its doing. There is no communication flowing between leadership and the talent at the senior level, decisions from the top are often made blind and uninformed. The culture has completely shifted for the worse, becoming cold and uncaring towards its own employees. There is a large amount of churn at the leadership level, multiple rounds of redundancies and the company is losing a lot of the talent whether that be through the "restructuring" or leaving due to the state of things. At this rate, I do not see the company surviving into the future.
