Pros

- work from home - good salary - company events, parties - opportunities to attend conferences and seminars - relocation provided - good HR policies for employees - access to pool and gym

Kontras

- culture sucks - insecure people and nobody wants to listen or follow - lot of blame game - unhelpful colleagues who prefer pointing mistakes rather than helping out - crazy work timings - may suit others but did not work for me - no clarity of role or expectations - everyone is working with no set goals - every boss has a different set of goals - so if you work for one boss then the other boss would complain - and finally some other boss would fire you - your boss might also take credit for your work and put it forward as his work - everyone is under stress (and the stress is only because of lack of clarity on what is expected) - its very difficult to measure you work performance as what you do for one boss may not be approved by the other boss and finally you will have to rework on the entire thing - you seriously dont know who are you working for - who is your boss

This means that even if a title may define a team member’s function, it does not stop opinions and thoughts from being shared and appreciated across teams. Review posts in 2019 to make a correct assessment of your own. As you can read in other REAL post provided, situation have changed drastically since 2019. Delusional and very sensitive management • Refuse to listen to honest feedback • they take honest feedback negatively. Need to be cautious of what you say. If not you will be out the next moment. Petty • Once you are not on good books, management will persistently find fault with you • When employee resigns, management will start to talk negatively about them • Picking on employees if they are deemed not ‘committed’ Trust issues • For some reasons, management keeps thinking that employees are abusing the system Double standards • Management do not practice what they preach. They tell employees that no medical appointment during working hours, on the other hand, certain privileged employees are allow to go for their “appointment” during office hours. • Certain privileged employees can come and leave the office as and when they wish. Go on long leaves one after another. While the rest need to repeatedly request for leave approval and some even got rejected leave. Hiring problem • This is a viscous cycle which they fail to accept. The rate that employees are leaving is faster than that the rate they could be replace. Culture • finger pointing, blame game strong • hire and fire culture • working aimlessly, no business objective • no family culture, "just a job" office Micro-managing • executive’s leaves needs to approve by the top management • relates back to trust issues
