Awful management who let mates get away with anything and micro manage or put others on plans toookike they are doing their job. Senior management won't hold TLS to account as itz too much work. Bullying by managers and their mates. Systems are dreadful. Customers bills always wrong, wages too. No proper training on changes. Transphobic, racist, ableist environments.
